How do I return my order?
Please note that products ordered from March 1, 2022 with a valid receipt can be returned up to 90 days from the date of purchase. For details on how to return your items, please click here. For in-store purchases, we will welcome returns up to 28 days from the day our stores reopen.

Order tracking confirms delivery but I can’t find my package?
If the tracking information for your shipment confirms delivery and you cannot locate the delivered package, please make sure before contacting us that you –

  1. Check with neighbors and family members.
  2. Look around the place of delivery.
  3. Check for a notice of attempted delivery.

How can I obtain samples of gidrolan?
Gidrolan does not mail samples by request. When you shop online with us, we provide samples with our orders (when available). Also, samples are available at gidrolan counters from time to time.

How does gidrolan conduct product safety testing?
Consumer safety has always been a top priority at gidrolan. Therefore, testing the safety of our products requires the collaboration of experts across many sciences, including toxicology, microbiology, environmental chemistry, manufacturing, and engineering. To ensure the safety of all products that gidrolan puts to market, formulations and packaging must meet the company’s high standards for ingredient preservation, stability, product potency, and package compatibility.

Gidrolan employs extensive research and development teams in its state-of-the-art laboratories. Primarily responsible for the continuous exploration of new technologies in the development of advanced skin care and makeup, R&D works with leading suppliers and universities where research is conducted in dermatology, skin aging, and cellular biology.

All gidrolan products have been tested for irritants and allergens using biological assays and human volunteers. We do not test our products on animals, nor do we ask others to perform animal tests on our behalf, except when required to do so by law.

I don’t receive email newsletters, or my ISP filters unwanted email and spam. Can these filters block the email I want to receive?

Yes, they can. Spam filters can restrict wanted email as well as spam email. If you think this is happening, please refer to the help section of your email program or contact your internet service provider directly to learn how to relax or remove settings that filter or block email.

  1. Open the email.

  3. The name and email address from the email are pre-populated in the Add Contact popup. Verify that the information in these fields is correct.

  2. Click the “Add to Address Book” link on the far right.
  3. The address will be automatically entered into Yahoo! Address book.

If you are using hot mail:

  1. Open the email.
